1. Shipping Times and Delivery Methods
From order verification and payment receipt, processing and dispatch times range on average between 24 and 48 business hours.
Ordered goods are delivered directly to the shipping address specified during checkout. Please double-check your street address, intercom name, contact telephone number and postal code to facilitate smooth courier delivery.
2. Order Tracking (Tracking Number)
Upon package dispatch, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and a direct carrier link to follow your parcel in real time.
Your order is carefully inspected, packed and prepared in our logistics warehouse.
The courier collects your parcel and an automated email with active tracking is sent.
Delivered within 24/48h at street level with electronic delivery notification.

4. Delivery Terms & Storage Handling
Once dispatched, the delivery should not be unjustifiably refused. If the recipient is absent, the courier will make a second delivery attempt or leave a calling card.
Storage costs arising from prolonged recipient absence, incorrect/incomplete addresses, or unjustified refusal, as well as return-to-sender fees, shall be charged to the customer.
5. Free In-Store Pickup
Customers living nearby or wishing to visit our physical locations can opt for free in-store pickup by selecting this option at checkout or coordinating with customer care.
